THE HOWL & THE HUM
UK TOUR ANNOUNCED
NEW TRACK -- HALL OF FAME, OUT NOW
The Howl & The Hum have announced their biggest ever UK headline tour, eight dates across the country that culminates at The Scala in London on 2nd October. The dates come hot on the heels of an incredible show at The Great Escape.
This announcement follows The Howl & The Hum’s musical return with their first track of 2019, the irresistible “Hall of Fame”. Their most direct track yet, it’s a big step forward with a soaring chorus and as frontman Sam Griffiths says, “more furious than anything the band have done before.”

Working in their studio a few miles outside York, the band have been piecing together their debut album with producer Jolyon Thomas (Slaves, Kendrick Lamar, Royal Blood).
Of the track, frontman Sam Griffiths says:
“Hall Of Fame” is a cry of desperation, asking if you mean something to anyone any more. It’s a car crashing back into your home town, a school reunion gone wrong, and a ten year anniversary tour left unattended.”
The last few months have seen the band play their biggest UK tour so far, selling-out Omeara in London, this coming not long after they supported Boy Azooga across the country. They also played in the US for the first time, handpicked by BBC Radio 1's new music legend Huw Stephens to play on his stage at SXSW, to great acclaim including from BBC Introducing who marked them as being one of the stand out acts of the festival.
